Amazon Wish List

Amazon Wish List

An old African proverb once said, "It takes a village to raise a child," and that indeed still reigns true today (especially during a pandemic!).

Please consider selecting an item off our Amazon classroom wish list to donate. Many times, parents have asked me what they can bring in to support learning in the classroom, and it’s always difficult to think about it on the spot. And so, another parent suggested I make an ongoing wish list for those times when I realize our kids could really benefit from certain school supplies, books and learning toys.

Items on our wish list are things we could always use in our classroom to help things run smoothly. Items from this list are completely optional, but we do use them routinely for various activities, read alouds, treasure box items, etc. Please keep us in mind and feel free to send in any of these items throughout the year. Wish list items also make great options as a class gift for student birthdays! Your gift will help benefit and provide countless children great joy for years and years to come!

Again, our class greatly appreciates any donations! THANK YOU!

My SchoolBucks

MySchoolBucks is a website that will allow our Woodbury parents to make classroom supply fund donations, field trip donations, and yearbook purchases.

Sign up for an account for your family and add your student's name to update account funds. This is an easy way for parents to complete school funds online, but if you prefer cash and check methods, those will still be accepted as well.

The suggested 3rd grade supplies donation is $20.

Year-long Supply Donations

Throughout the year, we have multiple special events and holiday celebrations that need various supply donations. Please take a look at the Sign Up Genius list, and sign up for any item that your family might be able to help with. Items can be sent in by the specified date. The Sign Up Genius website will also send you a reminder a few days before the due date. All items are greatly appreciated, though please do not feel obligated to donate. If you have any questions, please email me. Thank you so very much!

Homework Assignments

Students and Parents: Visit Mrs. Dyer’s Homework Planbook to access your homework assignments each week. Save this link in your web browser’s bookmarks so that you may easily click on the link each day.

Generally, homework is planned out for the whole week so that students and parents can get a preview of what is to come. However, it is important to click REFRESH every single time you visit the page so that you view the most up-to-date information. Details can change frequently.

Join the PTA!

Please consider joining and donating to our PTA! Our class is hoping to be the top placement for the grade level to earn a popsicle party! Visit www.woodburypta.org for more information.

The exciting part is that when you register, you will be able to buy spirit wear, make your pledge & membership donations, sign up for volunteer opportunities for each event, and will be sent our monthly newsletters or emails directly from the website.
